Responsibilities:

  • Present product capabilities and provide solutions to clients
  • Understanding the CRM market in various geographies
  • Able to comprehend client’s business workflow to recommend CRM solutions
  • Perform detailed analysis of requirements of clients and work with Tech team for solutions and integrations
  • Build and develop sales pipeline and establish strong relationship with potential clients
  • Perform sales demonstrations and presentations
  • Perform after-sales follow up to ensure customer success
  • Maintain customer loyalty and develop continuous revenue streams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • Experience in selling CRM solutions
  • Familiar with utilization of CRM tools such as SalesForce
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly motivated, driven and passionate about digital environment
