Responsibilities:
- Present product capabilities and provide solutions to clients
- Understanding the CRM market in various geographies
- Able to comprehend client’s business workflow to recommend CRM solutions
- Perform detailed analysis of requirements of clients and work with Tech team for solutions and integrations
- Build and develop sales pipeline and establish strong relationship with potential clients
- Perform sales demonstrations and presentations
- Perform after-sales follow up to ensure customer success
- Maintain customer loyalty and develop continuous revenue streams
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- Experience in selling CRM solutions
- Familiar with utilization of CRM tools such as SalesForce
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly motivated, driven and passionate about digital environment
