Responsibilities:
- To manage and provide guidance, support and leadership to Sales Department
- To build and enhance our regional sales presence in designated regions
- To ensure that sales department targets are met on a quarterly and monthly basis
- To maintain a good reputation and relationship with advertisers, agencies and partners
- To evangelize DaVinci11’s core value proposition
- To educate the benefits of multi-screen advertising solutions and why DaVinci11 is the partner of choice
- To develop proposals and holistic advertising solutions
- To maintain customer loyalty and develop continuous revenue streams
- To work closely with the Head of Business Development in forecasting revenues and prospecting clients and Operations Team in ensuring timely delivery of pre and post sales activities
- To work closely with advertisers, agencies and partners to generate sales
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- 10 years or more experience in media advertising sales with at least 5 years in digital sales management
- Experience in providing sales strategies and tactics for achieving the target
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly motivated, driven and passionate about digital environment
- Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Good command of MS Office and Internet Applications required
